  • Initially upon purchase you will receive a welcome email which will include a questionnaire that is extremely detailed and gets every bit of information about you so I can begin working on your program. You will be required to send this back with 4 pictures, front back and both sides, in a sports bra and sports or your posing suit if you are a competitor.

  • Then I can begin on your plan and you will receive it within 3 days or less. 

  • In the meantime you will follow the email instructions to download my personal app that my clients have access to where you plan will be uploaded.

  • App info: This app is very organized and you will have the ability to access your workouts, log your workouts, time them, and keep a log book. This way we both can keep track of your progress in an organized fashion and you can always stay updated with new information.

  • All communication will be through whatsapp through my personal number after initial sign up. I have a 24 maximum response time but you can usually reach me within and hour two.

  • Feedback From Me - (in response to your proactive updates) to keep you on track

  • Your workouts will have exercise names, pictures, reps, tempo, and rest times all on your app so you can have it right there with you in the gym. You can also enter info if you like to use a log book in the gym that records it all on your app.

PAYMENT DISCLAIMER: Clients are responsible for re-purchasing plan of choice by their due date. Initial purchase of 3 months for new athletes is required. Any time length package following initial sign up 3 month period is available after that time frame. You will also receive a discount with your initial 3 month package of $150 in savings, which is already included in the 3 month package total.
